Customer Return Policy for DEANS® Products
Eligibility: You can return industrial connectors within 30 days if they are in their original, unopened packaging and unused, and purchased directly from www.WSDeans.com.
Non-Eligible Items: Customized or used connectors, as well as those missing packaging, are not returnable.
Return Process:
- Contact us at hello@wsdeans.com to initiate the return.
- We'll provide an RMA number and return instructions.
- Ship the product to us with the RMA number.
Inspection and Approval: We'll inspect returned items; if eligible, we'll issue a refund or replacement.
Refund/Replacement: Choose between a refund (to your original payment method) or a replacement.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee may apply to ineligible returns.
Damaged/Defective Products: Contact us immediately for replacements or refunds for damaged or defective items.
Customer Responsibilities: Provide accurate information, securely package returns, and cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
